The Brief
Birtley House is a family run business and care service provider since 1932, set within 48 acres of beautiful Surrey Hills countryside. They have been a client for well over a decade and so when their online presence started to look a little dated, naturally they came to us. The brief was to bring their website into the 2020's taking advantage of modern design to improve the user experience on the site and help further improve the conversion rate.
What We Did
First of all, we looked at the structure of the current website which was split across multiple domains and agreed that a decade after this had been implemented that the business had moved in the direction where this was no longer necessary. With a thorough review of the marketplace we set about designing an engaging and dynamic website that would capture people's attention, inform them, and help create the outcome of an enquiry either by form or telephone.
The Results
After an extensive internal review and client testing, we ended up with the outcome that we had promised our client. The new website really highlights the great care that they provide and really gets across the lifestyle enjoyed by their residents and the results of all the hard work that the team at Birtley House achieve every day. The new website is expected to be as long-lasting and provide an excellent ROI as the last website that we built for them.
