Founded in 1889, the German family enterprise Bahlsen is an international biscuit manufacturer. In Germany, Bahlsen is the most successful manufacturer in this market and with the brands BAHLSEN and LEIBNIZ market leader. Throughout Europe, Bahlsen is one of the most successful sweet biscuit companies. As part of our long history with the brand, we were asked to create a landing page to capture entries for a competition open to retailers to help promote the Hit Biscuits brand and encourage an uplift in stocking and sales.
With the requirement for a fast loading, easy to complete form, we focused on the experience from a mobile-users perspective as we correctly anticipated that this would be the primary route to entry. To avoid spam entries we used the Google I am not a Robot tool.
With the website optimised for all devices, the result is a website that gives a fast method of entry which is coupled with our fast and secure Content Management System to ensure the secure capture of entries. The competition was only run for a limited time but helped ensure an uplift in both sales and brand awareness with two luck stockists being selected to join Bahlsen for the day at Lord's Cricket Ground for England v Pakistan. We also managed all aspect of the competition.
