When we started the working relationship with this client, from the outset it was made clear that they wanted a long-term partner to help deliver word-class web solutions to fully realise the potential of the internet to deliver their business objectives. Having been carefully selected to fulfill the agency role we originally developed a website designed to achieve the goals identified by the client. As time has passed new objectives have been identified as global opportunities have arisen.
One of the first areas that we have optimised since the initial launch, is perhaps unsurprisingly, the homepage. With a renewed focus on the development of new products the homepage needed to be able to deliver key information on new products. Following this a general refresh of the website templates was undertaken to keep the website looking fresh and we implemented improvement and features to the website to gain user feedback and help with content sharing.
With an ongoing programme of improvements and measured optimisation, the website continues to work exactly as the client needs and delivers increasing levels of traffic and importantly conversions thanks to the ongoing measurement and work. Post-launch we scheduled a redevelopment of other key areas of the site whilst also improving search engine rankings with fresh, relevant and engaging content.
