As part of a brand overhaul we developed a digital communication strategy with our client to keep their growing email database informed of useful information as well as driving more traffic to the website. With new products in development, a busy social media channel and new blog on the website, our client had plenty to talk about.
We designed a range of new email templates all using the new branding and strapline (...let's bake love) ensuring that we gave the social channels a strong showing to help grow followers. The agency was appointed to also manage the email communication process and data aspects and so our email marketing team created and tested a set of templates that could be easily updated each month allowing the client to focus on the copy. Each month we design the graphics and bring everything together for client approval.
The emails have consistently delivered an increasing amount of traffic to the website and other channels, helping to support our client and their growth. The level of unsubscribes and spam reports are very low helping to affirm that our testing and positioning are on track and that the consumer is only receiving relevant and useful information.
